I am from the United States, but I'm working in Spain. He seems to have developed some vaginal problems, I am a fish smell strong and very consistent, clear / yellow discharge thin. I have no health insurance, so I'm not sure how hospitals and clinics abroad. I'm not sure what the problem, but I think it is because the bacteria from the stench. Does anyone know a solution to this, or know how expensive that hospitals and clinics are here?

Try yogurt with raw milk. I had something similar, if I go to Greece, and cured me in one day with yogurt.
Yogurt helps the growth of bacteria in the vagina.
